Optimize performance, increase resilience, and develop constant readiness for the physical demands of sport and the adventures of life.

Kickstarter is a 4-week, equipment-free program with a metabolic emphasis also commonly referred to as "energy system development." What does that mean? It's designed to get your heart pumping while developing total body strength! Resistance training is essential for long-term health; however, we should NOT neglect the metabolic component to our training as well. We have to preserve our heart and lung function in addition to our musculoskeletal system. This program blends them all together!


As the name suggests, this program is designed to "kickstart" your journey, wherever you may currently be along the path. For those who haven't been training regularly, this will be a fun and challenging introduction. For those who have been training regularly, this will be a very different type of training to mix things up and keep your body mentally and physically fresh!

Jess Elliott, MA, CSCS, TSAC-F, XPS


Jess has an extensive coaching history in strength and conditioning, biomechanics, and corporate wellness. She has a Master’s Degree in Sports Coaching from the University of Northern Colorado and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Performance and Sport from the Metropolitan State University of Denver. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and an EXOS Performance Specialist (XPS).
